Our Business Policies :-
Order Confirmation:
An order is considered confirmed once we receive 50% of the total order value as an advance payment.
Confirmation Before Packing:
We will share photos or videos of the final products with the client for approval before packing.
Final Payment:
The remaining 50% of the order value, along with packing must be paid before dispatch from our premises.
Shipping Payment:
Shipping charges are to be paid by the client.
Dispatch Timeline:
After order confirmation, products will be dispatched within 2–4 working days.
This timeline may vary based on order size and customization requirements.
Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or logistics service provider.
Please note, we are only the mediator for scheduling the parcel shipment with courier company for you
No Refunds On Confirmed Orders:
Once the client confirms the order by paying the advance amount, we do not accept mid-process cancellations or offer refunds.
Refund For Damaged Products:
Refunds are only applicable for items that arrive damaged.
A 50% refund for damaged items value will be adjusted in your next order.
If an order includes free products, any loss or damage occurring during transit will first be adjusted against the free products provided. Replacement or compensation will only apply if the damage or loss exceeds the quantity of free products included in the order.
To claim this, a clear unboxing video of the master box must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
We are confident in our packaging style and require video proof for verification.
Missing Product Claims:
Claims for missing products must also include a clear first-time unboxing master box video showing the box’s contents.
If verified, the claim will be adjusted in your next order with us.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we take proper confirmation from the client before proceeding.
Please note that all our ceramic products are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a result, slight variations in thickness, shape, size, and color are natural and expected characteristics of the handmade process. Due to this artisanal nature, no two pieces can be exactly the same.
By placing an order with us, the buyer fully acknowledges and accepts these natural variations as a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship, and not as defects.
